液体润滑剂摩擦因数测定法(振子法)的测定过程操作和数据采集都极为繁琐。采用光电数据检测和处理方法,开发一种液体润滑剂摩擦因数自动测定仪,实现了检测过程的自动化。介绍液体润滑剂摩擦因数自动测定仪的结构及检测原理,采用该仪器评定基础油种类、黏度变化,稠化剂种类及抗磨添加剂对润滑脂摩擦因数的影响。结果表明,相对于四球法,自动化的振子法具有更高的灵敏性,测定的润滑脂的摩擦数据可比性很强,可用于润滑脂摩擦性能的比较和判断,更适用于润滑脂研发中的快速配方筛选。

The friction coefficient measurement of lubrication liquid by oscillator method has too much trouble for manu-al operation and data collection.Based on Photoelectric Technology,an automatic measuring apparatus of friction coefficient for lubrication liquid was developed.The structure and measuring principle of the apparatus were introduced.The apparatus was used to evaluate the effects on friction coefficient of lubricating grease by types of base oils,viscosity changes,thicken-er types and anti-wear additives.The results show that the automatic oscillator method has higher sensitivity as compared with the four-ball method,and the comparability of the friction data of the grease is much reasonable.The developed appa-ratus can be used for evaluation and comparison of friction properties of the grease,and it is more suitable for the fast se-lection of grease formulation in research and development of grease.
