Plasma omentin-1%Type 2 diabetic nephropathy
目的：探讨血浆网膜素-1与2型糖尿病肾病的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测51例单纯2型糖尿病患者（A组）和46例2型糖尿病肾病患者（B组）血浆网膜素-1水平，并选61例正常健康者作为对照组（NC组）。检测研究人群血糖、血脂生化指标进行组间比较，并利用多因素Logistic回归进行2型糖尿病是否合并糖尿病肾病的危险因素分析。结果 B组血浆网膜素-1水平明显低于A组和NC组（P＜0.05，P＜0.01），A组与NC组间血浆网膜素-1水平差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。多因素Logistic回归分析表明腰围和三酰甘油是影响2型糖尿病发生糖尿病肾病的独立危险因素（OR=1.489，95%CI：1.145～1.833，P=0.041；OR=1.766，95%CI：1.244～2.288，P=0.031），而血浆网膜素-1是独立保护因素（OR=0.588，95%CI：0.346～0.830，P=0.000）。结论血浆网膜素-1水平对2型糖尿病肾病的早期诊断和防治可能具有一定的临床指导意义。

목적：탐토혈장망막소-1여2형당뇨병신병적관계。방법채용매련면역흡부시험검측51례단순2형당뇨병환자（A조）화46례2형당뇨병신병환자（B조）혈장망막소-1수평，병선61례정상건강자작위대조조（NC조）。검측연구인군혈당、혈지생화지표진행조간비교，병이용다인소Logistic회귀진행2형당뇨병시부합병당뇨병신병적위험인소분석。결과 B조혈장망막소-1수평명현저우A조화NC조（P＜0.05，P＜0.01），A조여NC조간혈장망막소-1수평차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。다인소Logistic회귀분석표명요위화삼선감유시영향2형당뇨병발생당뇨병신병적독립위험인소（OR=1.489，95%CI：1.145～1.833，P=0.041；OR=1.766，95%CI：1.244～2.288，P=0.031），이혈장망막소-1시독립보호인소（OR=0.588，95%CI：0.346～0.830，P=0.000）。결론혈장망막소-1수평대2형당뇨병신병적조기진단화방치가능구유일정적림상지도의의。
Objective To explore correlation of omentin-1 and diabetic nephropathy in type 2 diabetic patients. Method Plasma omentin-1 levels were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in 51 type 2 diabetic patients without diabetic nephropathy and 46 diabetic nephropathy in type 2 diabetic patients(group B),as well as 61 normal healthy individuals as controls(group NC).In addition, glucose and lipid metabolism parameters and morphological characters were assessed. Finally, multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to explore the risk fact for coronary heart disease in central obesity. Result The serum plasma omentin-1 level of group B was much lower than those of group NC and group A(P<0.05,P<0.01).However,there was no difference in omentin-1 level between group NC and group A(P>0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that waist circumference and Triglyceride were independent risk factors of diabetic nephropathy in type 2 diabetic patients(OR=1.489,95%CI:1.145~1.833,P=0.041; OR=1.766,95%CI: 1.244~2.288,P=0.031),while plasma omentin-1 was an independent protective factor(OR=0.588,95%CI:0.346~0.830,P=0.000). Conclusion It suggests that detection of plasma omentin-1 level may play an important role in early diagnosis and prevention of diabetic nephropathy in type 2 diabetic patients.
