我国是人民民主专政的社会主义国家，人民是国家的主人，人民是社会主义政治、经济、文化、法治建设的主体。中国共产党通过政治、经济、文化、法律手段保障人民主体地位，尤其是现阶段中为贯彻落实党的十八大作出的战略部署，加快建设社会主义法治国家，必须进一步用法治来保障人民的主体地位。依法治国是现阶段我国基本方略之一，人民作为社会主义事业建设的主体，必须在党的领导下贯彻落实依法治国方略，确保国家各项事务都依法进行，才能早日实现中华民族复兴的中国梦。

China is a socialist country under people's democratic dictatorship.The people are the masters of the country and are the main body of socialist economy,politics,culture and legal construction.The Communist Party of China use economic, cultural,political and legal means to protect the people's principal position.Especially,at the present stage,in order to imple-ment the plan made by the 18th National Congress of the CPC and to accelerate the construction of a socialist country ruled by law,we must use the legal system to protect people's subject status.At the present stage,ruling the county by law is one of our country's fundamental strategies.People who are the main subject of socialist construction must carry out the rule of law under the leadership of the Party and ensure that all state affairs should be carried out according to the law,so as to early realize the Chinese dream of rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
