为实现刮板输送机链条状态的实时监测,对刮板输送机链条张力监测的理论及方法进行了探讨研究。建立了刮板输送机预张紧力模型,确定了机头部松边链条的悬垂量在不同链条状态下具有独立区别的特征,为理想的链条状态监测点;研究了机头部松边悬垂量和次小张力的关联机理,为电感式接近位移传感器的安装提供理论基础。实践应用表明:所述的链条张力状态监测方法具有可实施性和高可靠性。
為實現颳闆輸送機鏈條狀態的實時鑑測,對颳闆輸送機鏈條張力鑑測的理論及方法進行瞭探討研究。建立瞭颳闆輸送機預張緊力模型,確定瞭機頭部鬆邊鏈條的懸垂量在不同鏈條狀態下具有獨立區彆的特徵,為理想的鏈條狀態鑑測點;研究瞭機頭部鬆邊懸垂量和次小張力的關聯機理,為電感式接近位移傳感器的安裝提供理論基礎。實踐應用錶明:所述的鏈條張力狀態鑑測方法具有可實施性和高可靠性。

In order to realize real-time monitoring chain state of scraper conveyer, the pre-tension model of scraper conveyer was set up and it was obtained that amount of suspension of slack side chain had distinct characteristic under different chain states and was ideal monitoring point.The related mechanism of slack side suspension amount and second-small tension was researched, which provided the-ory basis for installation of inductive displacement transducer.Practice showed that this chain tension monitoring method had enforce-ability and high reliability.
