以杜洛克、巴克夏为父本,采用陆川猪、莱芜猪、湘西黑猪及圩猪为母本,进行黑猪杂交组合试验,对其杂交组合当胎繁殖性能及后代繁殖性能、生长肥育及屠宰性能进行统计分析。结果表明,4个地方品种杂交当胎的产仔数与其杂交父本杜洛克及巴克夏无关,而仅与其本身繁殖性能相关;地方猪种杂交繁育时,较纯繁产仔数有所降低;4个杂交组合繁殖性能杂种优势明显,在其父本一致的情况下,其繁殖性能受母本影响较大,即母本繁殖性能高,则其后代繁殖性能也高。杂交后代出现毛色分离现象,即一致性较差,尤其是杂交后代进行横交时,由于其遗传性能不稳定,毛色分离更加突出;杂种猪胴体及肉质性状也存在较大的个体差异。

The research is studying crossbreeding experiments using Duroc and Berkshire pig as sire lines,and Chinese native breeds,Luchuan,Laiwu,Xiangxi black pig and Wei pig as maternal lines.The reproductive,growth performance and meat quality are analysed.It shows that reproductive performance of maternal pig are affected by their own genetic potency but not that of the sire line.The litter size of Chinese native female pigs are decreased when mating with Duroc and Berkshire pig.The 4 hybrid offspring lines show improvement in reproductive trait,the reproductive performance of hybrid lines are mostly affected by their dam lines.Females with high reproductive ability will more likely give birth to hybrid offspring with high reproductive performance. The hybrid progenies show segregation on coat color,and the segregation is more severe when hybrid progenies were mated with each other due to the genetic instability.In addition,differences among hybrid individuals are observed on the performance of carcass trait and meat quality.
