在微波辐射下,以乙二醇为溶剂,碳酸铯为碱促进剂,将芳甲脒和醛以物质的量之比2∶1反应,合成了一系列1,3,5-三嗪衍生物。该方法具有反应时间短(22~30 min)、操作简单和环境友好等优点。产物经红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、质谱表征,2-对甲苯基-4,6-二苯基-1,3,5-三嗪的结构经单晶 X 射线衍射分析予以确证。

Using ethane-1 ,2-diol as solvent and Cs2 CO3 as base promoter,a series of 1,3,5-triazine derivatives were synthesized via a three-component reaction of aryl carboximidamide and aldehydes with the the ratio of amount of substance 2∶1 under microwave irradiation.This method has the advantages of short reaction times (22~30 min), simple operation and environment friendliness.The structures of the products were identified by IR,1 HNMR and HRMS.Furthermore,the compound 2-(4-methylphenyl)-4,6-diphenyl-1,3,5-triazine was confirmed by X-ray dif-fraction.
