提出了基于参与因子的多源协调紧急控制方法。从EEAC理论出发，分析了紧急控制的原理，考虑新能源并网机组的特性，比较了对不同类型发电机组实施紧急控制时OMIB等值机紧急控制时刻功率差的变化量，由此引入了紧急控制的参与因子，并结合紧急控制参与因子，以最优控制代价为目标函数建立了紧急控制数学模型。通过简单电网和实际电网的仿真，结果验证了控制方法的有效性。

This paper proposes a coordinated emergency control method of multi-generators grid based on the participa-tion factor. Based on the theory of EEAC,the paper analyzes the principle of emergency control;and considering the inte-gration characteristics of the renewable energy units,compares the change amounts of the power difference amount of the OMIB equivalent when emergency control on different types of gen-erating units is implemented, and thereby introduces the participation factor of emergency control and then builds the emergency control model by setting the optimal control cost as the objective function. The viability of the method is demons-trated through the simulation of the simple power system and actual power grid.
