在地下水位高的地区,地下变电站对裂缝控制的要求十分严格。由于存在与地面结构不同的边界约束条件、环境温度与施工过程,对其温度裂缝的研究十分必要。针对上海220 kV 济南变电站工程项目,通过 MIDAS 软件对该剪力墙结构的每一施工工况进行数值模拟,研究温度裂缝的空间分布与随时间的发展变化。结果表明,裂缝主要发生在结构剪力墙纵横墙与楼板等约束较强的交汇处,在浇筑一周后形成,两周内趋于稳定,后续工况中新浇筑的楼层对前工况中楼层的裂缝影响较小,仅存在轻微闭合或扩张。基础底板在浇筑完的第25天内部产生裂缝,在第37天部分内部裂缝连通,基础表面的裂缝形成于基础与墙体的接触处。针对不同的位置与发展程度的温度裂缝,提出相应的措施。

Temperature crack control of underground substation structures is very strict in areas with high water table.Due to different boundary conditions and constraints,surrounding temperature and construction processes from ground structures,research on temperature cracks of underground substation is necessary.In this paper, MIDAS software was used to simulate the shear wall structure in Shanghai Jinan Road 220 kV substation project. The spatial distribution of temperature cracks and changes with elapsed time was studied through each of the construction conditions.The results show that cracking occurs mainly in the junction of vertical and horizontal shear walls and the junction of walls and floors where strong constraints exist.These cracks are formed in the first week after pouring and become stable in the second week.The subsequent constructed floors have less in-fluence on cracks in the lower floors though only slight fracture closure or expansion occurs.Results also show that cracks inside the foundation formed in the 25th day after pouring and part of them become connected in the 37th day while cracks on the surface of foundation formed at the contact with walls.In this paper,different measures were proposed to control temperature cracks according to different locations and degree.
