以范蠡大桥为背景,建立全桥杆系有限元模型和空间异形钢梁柱连接节点有限元模型,并对其进行对比分析研究。结果表明,塔柱承受着轴力和弯矩作用,塔柱内侧板件承担了60%~65%的竖向压力;横梁在连接节点附近受到横向弯曲和扭转作用;梁柱连接节点内板件应力分布不均匀,节点内侧应力水平较高,但高应力水平区域范围较小,应力扩散较快,结构受力安全。板壳有限元方法计算梁柱连接节点处结构应力比杆系有限元方法的精度高。
以範蠡大橋為揹景,建立全橋桿繫有限元模型和空間異形鋼樑柱連接節點有限元模型,併對其進行對比分析研究。結果錶明,塔柱承受著軸力和彎矩作用,塔柱內側闆件承擔瞭60%~65%的豎嚮壓力;橫樑在連接節點附近受到橫嚮彎麯和扭轉作用;樑柱連接節點內闆件應力分佈不均勻,節點內側應力水平較高,但高應力水平區域範圍較小,應力擴散較快,結構受力安全。闆殼有限元方法計算樑柱連接節點處結構應力比桿繫有限元方法的精度高。

Based on the Fanli Bridge, the beam finite element model of the whole bridge and shell finite ele-ment of the pylon were constructed to analyze mechanical properties of the beam-column joint. The results show that the inner plates of pylon carry about 60% ~ 65% vertical pressures. Beams at the joint carry trans-versal bending and torsion. Stress distribution of plates in the beam-column joint is non-uniform. The inner plate stress is higher but the region of high level of stress is limited with fast stress dispersion. The structure is conservatively designed. Structural stress of the beam-column joint based on the finite element analysis by u-sing shell elements show higher accuracy than that by using the beam elements.
