基于金属阻尼器优化设计的需要,研究三角形钢板阻尼器恢复力模型的参数确定方法。首先推导了三角形钢板的首次屈服刚度的理论公式,同时采用软件 ABAQUS 进行三角形钢板有限元分析,研究了三角形钢板阻尼器恢复力模型中各参数随尺寸变化的规律,并用线性回归法分析有限元计算数据给出近似计算公式,最后对公式的正确性进行验证。结果表明:三角形钢板宽高比在给定范围内时,应力均匀性好,各恢复力模型参数的计算公式与有限元数据有很好的吻合效果,精度满足工程要求。

Based on the demand of metallic damper optimization design, the method to determine hysteretic model parameters of the steel triangular plate was studied. The theoretical formula of initial stiffness of steel triangular plate was derived by using the finite element analysis under the environment of ABAQUS. Variations of each parameter in steel triangular plate damper hysteretic model with different plate dimensions were stud-ied. Several approximate formulas were obtained from the linear regressive analysis of finite element analysis results. The formula was validated. Results reveal that steel triangular plate has a good stress uniformity when the width-height ratio among a reasonable range. Parameters in the proposed hysteretic model fits FEM data well.
