A new design of integral transport for small-middle steam turbine is introduced. It has obvious advantages comparing to the traditional separate parts transport. Combined with practical engineering, the design ideas and implementation methods are presented. The design feature such as installation and adjustment of valves seated on turbine casing, and common chassis and integral transport etc. are explained. The results show that the design scheme can effectively shorten onsite installation duration of power plant, reducing the ifeld installation and construction dififculty, so as to bring signiifcant economic and social beneift of the power plant. The integral transport technique has great applied foreground in the small-middle steam turbine projects.
