某火力发电厂FGD系统采用石灰石/石膏湿法脱硫工艺,FGD系统中设置有旁路挡板,在正常运行时,其脱硫效率可以达到90%以上,二氧化硫排放低于400 mg/m3,达到国家排放要求。FGD系统运行中异常主要表现在原烟气SO2浓度超标,增压风机、GGH、吸收塔除雾器等设备易发生故障,导致脱硫效率下降,不能够达标排放,在设备运行过程中应注意防范。
某火力髮電廠FGD繫統採用石灰石/石膏濕法脫硫工藝,FGD繫統中設置有徬路擋闆,在正常運行時,其脫硫效率可以達到90%以上,二氧化硫排放低于400 mg/m3,達到國傢排放要求。FGD繫統運行中異常主要錶現在原煙氣SO2濃度超標,增壓風機、GGH、吸收塔除霧器等設備易髮生故障,導緻脫硫效率下降,不能夠達標排放,在設備運行過程中應註意防範。

The limestone /gypsum wet desulphurization process is applied in the FGD system of one thermal power plant and the bypass damper is set in the FGD system .In normal operation ,the desulfurization efficiency can reach above 90%and the sulfur dioxide emission is below 400 mg/m3 ,meeting the national emission requirements .The anomalies in the FGD system operation mainly include :the concentration of SO2 in the original flue gas is exceeded and the booster fan ,GGH ,the demister in the absorbing tower are easily malfunctioned ,which makes desulfurization efficiency decreased and can’t reach the national standard .These problems should be paid attention to in operation .
