地方工科院校的法学教育除了具有全国法学教育的共同困境之外，还存在着诸多后天不足，如定位不准，难以形成自身特色，培养的学生竞争力不强等。其要生存并发展下去，必须树立包容与独立的正确办学理念。
地方工科院校的法學教育除瞭具有全國法學教育的共同睏境之外，還存在著諸多後天不足，如定位不準，難以形成自身特色，培養的學生競爭力不彊等。其要生存併髮展下去，必鬚樹立包容與獨立的正確辦學理唸。
지방공과원교적법학교육제료구유전국법학교육적공동곤경지외，환존재착제다후천불족，여정위불준，난이형성자신특색，배양적학생경쟁력불강등。기요생존병발전하거，필수수립포용여독립적정학판학이념。
In addition to the common dilemma of the national law education , the legal education in the engineering colleges run by the local government still has many disadvantages , such as inaccurate positioning ,difficulty in forming its own characteristics , graduates without strong competitiveness and so on .In order to survive and develop in the competition , it must establish an inclu-sive and independent operation concept .
