在激烈的市场竞争和电子商务环境下,客户已经成为企业竞争的重要资源,为了充分利用这些资源为企业带来最大化收益,以客户为中心的理念已经成为多数生产经营企业的共识。加强客户关系管理,提高客户忠诚度,已成为企业的不二选择。拟对电子商务环境下客户关系进行探讨,分析电子商务环境下客户关系管理的内涵和具体运用,在此基础上对电子商务环境下客户关系管理存在的问题提出相应的对策。

Under the circumstance of fierce market competition and the E -commerce , the customer has become an important resource of an enterprise .In order to make full use of these resources to gain the maximum profit .Taking the customer royalty has become the consensus of the majority of the enterprises .Strengthening customer relationship management and improving customer loyalty to the enterprise has become the best choice for the firm .This article discussed the customer relationship and the connotation between the management and customers under the circumstance of E -commerce .The article puts forward some corresponding countermeasures to the problem of customer relationship management under the circumstance of E -commerce environment .
