近年来，我国高等教育规模快速发展，办学规模不断壮大，加上我国经济处于转型期，部分教师追求名利、育人意识淡泊、敬业精神不够等等，使得师德建设长期流于形式，在实际教学过程中处于严重缺位的状态。高校作为人才培养基地，为更好地培养“德才兼备”的人才，师德建设势在必行。
近年來，我國高等教育規模快速髮展，辦學規模不斷壯大，加上我國經濟處于轉型期，部分教師追求名利、育人意識淡泊、敬業精神不夠等等，使得師德建設長期流于形式，在實際教學過程中處于嚴重缺位的狀態。高校作為人纔培養基地，為更好地培養“德纔兼備”的人纔，師德建設勢在必行。
근년래，아국고등교육규모쾌속발전，판학규모불단장대，가상아국경제처우전형기，부분교사추구명리、육인의식담박、경업정신불구등등，사득사덕건설장기류우형식，재실제교학과정중처우엄중결위적상태。고교작위인재배양기지，위경호지배양“덕재겸비”적인재，사덕건설세재필행。
In recent years,the rapid development of our country higher education scale,the school running scale unceasingly expands, coupled with China's economy is in transition,the pursuit of fame and fortune,some teachers educational consciousness indifferent, professionalism is not enough and so on,which makes the morality construction of long form,in the actual teaching in a serious absence in the process of state. The University as a training base,in order to better train the talents "have both ability and political integrity",the construction of teachers' morality be imperative.
