为解决国防动员指挥流程中需求、潜力等信息资源描述不一致、匹配不高效问题，在构建具有相似结构的需求和资源本体的基础上，提出基于结构相似性的需求资源本体匹配方法。该方法首先利用需求和资源本体清晰且相似的概念层次结构，对其进行基于本体树的概念类映射，减少概念对的搜索空间，提高了匹配速度；然后对映射类的实例集采取属性约束的方法进行精确匹配，确保了匹配质量。最后以某部国防动员指挥所中的交通运输业务为例，验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。

For resolving the problems in the command process of the national defense mobilization:requirement,potential and other information resources’description was not consistent and matching was not efficient and so on,this paper proposed the matching method between requirement and resource ontology based on structural similarity,on the basis of building with the re-quirement and resource ontology which had structural similarity.The method first put on the mapping class of the concept based on ontology tree by the clear and similar concept hierarchy of the requirement and resource ontology,to reduce the search space and improve the matched speed;then accurately matched the instances of the mapping class set by taking the method of property constraint,to ensure the match quality.Finally,this paper verified the feasibility and effectiveness of this method by the case of the transportation operation in the national defense mobilization command post of ministry-x.
