针对情感计算中如何理解学生情感状态以及该如何提供有效支持的问题,介绍了采用本体建模技术对学习中的情感相关概念进行建模,通过对本体的推理查询生成适用的认知和反馈策略集合,然后再构造一个基于概率的影响图决策模型,并设计一个算法用于选择能使总体效用最优的认知反馈和情感反馈策略组合,最后通过实例演算和一组实例数据证明了模型和所设计算法的有效性。

The imbalance between the study on the cognitive feedback and the emotional feedback was redressed by introdu-cing the consideration of affective factors into e-Learning.But the research about the feedback tactics focuses on cognitive feed-back rather than on affective feedback.This paper modeled the concepts in an e-Learning environment by ontology modeling technique,produced the possible cognitive and affective feedback set through the ontology reasoning and querying.It construc-ted a probabilistic decision model based on influence diagram to select the optimal cognitive and affective feedback pair,which could support the learners on both cognitive and affective aspects and optimalize the utility.A group of examples verify the ef-fectiveness of the models and the algorithm.
