针对目前鲜有聚焦评价函数能同时满足聚焦形貌恢复多个性能指标的问题,从邻域像素的灰度级差异性入手,提出基于灰色关联度的聚焦评价函数,并用于恢复表面形貌。采集部分聚焦序列图像,计算图像序列每一个像素点的聚焦评价值,最后重构表面形貌和全聚焦图像。实验表明,提出的算法能够恢复低纹理物体的形貌,精度较高,且具有较好的时间效率,可用于实际测量。

There was not a focus measure function satisfied all performance almost.For this issue,the paper presented a new focus measure function based on relative degree of grey incidence (RDGI)for recovering surface shape,which took cue from the grey level difference of neighborhood pixels.It captured a sequence of images with varying focus plane,computed focus measure value of every pixel of sequence images,and reconstructed surface shape and well-focused image lastly.The experi-ment results show that,the proposed algorithm has ability of recovering shape of poor textured object,and is of high precision and high time efficiency implicitly,can be used in the actual measurement.
