根据机械系统应力响应与动态外载荷在频域内的关系,提出基于动应力响应的动态载荷识别方法。对梁结构试样施加多频率成分的激励,并用应力频响函数法识别施加的激励载荷,所识别的载荷精度较高。分析转向架构架轴箱弹簧载荷、动应力载荷识别点实际线路测试数据及城市轨道交通车辆ATP梁结构振动加速度、动应力识别点实际线路测试数据,分析结果验证并表明该方法在工程上具有较好的应用前景。

A dynamic load identification method , based on the relationship between stress response and dynamic external loads in frequency domain of a mechanical system ,is proposed by using the dynamic stress response . A set of load which contains multiple excitation frequencies has been applied to a beam structure , where the exciting loads have been precisely identified by using the stress frequency response function method . Through this method , an analysis is conducted on the loads of axle box spring on bogie , test data of dynamic stress load identification measurement points and vibration acceleration of ATP structure on metro vehicles . Analysis re‐sults prove that the proposed method has a promising prospect in engineering application .
