随着橡胶混凝土的推广应用,展开橡胶混凝土工程质量的无损检测极其必要。采用超声脉冲法的方法研究钢筋对混凝土的超声声学参量的影响,得出不同粒径的橡胶混凝土中,钢筋对橡胶混凝土超声声学参量的影响程度大小。当探头连线与钢筋轴线平行检测时,橡胶粒径越小和掺量越大,钢筋的影响范围越大,反之相反;当探头连线与钢筋垂直时,在大掺量橡胶混凝土中,橡胶粒径越大和掺量越小,钢筋对超声声学参数的影响程度越减小。
隨著橡膠混凝土的推廣應用,展開橡膠混凝土工程質量的無損檢測極其必要。採用超聲脈遲法的方法研究鋼觔對混凝土的超聲聲學參量的影響,得齣不同粒徑的橡膠混凝土中,鋼觔對橡膠混凝土超聲聲學參量的影響程度大小。噹探頭連線與鋼觔軸線平行檢測時,橡膠粒徑越小和摻量越大,鋼觔的影響範圍越大,反之相反;噹探頭連線與鋼觔垂直時,在大摻量橡膠混凝土中,橡膠粒徑越大和摻量越小,鋼觔對超聲聲學參數的影響程度越減小。

With the popularization and application of rubber concrete ,it becomes necessary to adopt nondestructive quality testing on its products .By adpoting ultrasonic pulse detection method ,the effect of the steel bars in the concrete on the ul-trasonic acoustic parameters was studied and the variations of the influence on the parameters were obtained based on the rubber concrete of different grain diameters .It is drawn that when the connection wire of the probe is parallel with the steel axis in the detection ,the smaller the grain size and the bigger the rubber content ,the stronger the steel bars affect the ul-tralsonic acoustic parameters;on the contrary ,when they are vertical with each other ,in the concrete with large content of rubber ,the greater the rubber grain size and the smaller the content ,the weaker the steel bars impact the parameters .
