观察缬沙坦联合葛根素在早期2型糖尿病肾病治疗中的临床疗效，探讨缬沙坦联合葛根素在早期2型糖尿病肾病治疗中的作用。依据300 mg／d＞微量白蛋白排泄率（ UAER）≥30 mg／d，选择68例早期2型糖尿病肾病患者，并随机分为2组：观察组和对照组各34例，对照组在常规降糖治疗的基础上，加用缬沙坦胶囊80 mg／d；观察组在对照组治疗的基础上，再加用葛根素400 mg／d。疗程1个月，观察2组患者治疗前后 UAER、血清肌酐（Scr）和尿素氮（BUN）等指标。结果为：2组患者治疗后较治疗前，UAER均明显改善，治疗前后差异显著（ P ＜0．05）；而且观察组治疗后较对照组治疗后UAER下降更明显，两者存在显著性差异（ P ＜0．05）；2组患者治疗前后比较，Scr和 BUN 无统计学差异（P＞0．05）。缬沙坦联合葛根素能较好地降低早期2型糖尿病肾病患者的UAER，更有效地保护肾功能。
관찰힐사탄연합갈근소재조기2형당뇨병신병치료중적림상료효，탐토힐사탄연합갈근소재조기2형당뇨병신병치료중적작용。의거300 mg／d＞미량백단백배설솔（ UAER）≥30 mg／d，선택68례조기2형당뇨병신병환자，병수궤분위2조：관찰조화대조조각34례，대조조재상규강당치료적기출상，가용힐사탄효낭80 mg／d；관찰조재대조조치료적기출상，재가용갈근소400 mg／d。료정1개월，관찰2조환자치료전후 UAER、혈청기항（Scr）화뇨소담（BUN）등지표。결과위：2조환자치료후교치료전，UAER균명현개선，치료전후차이현저（ P ＜0．05）；이차관찰조치료후교대조조치료후UAER하강경명현，량자존재현저성차이（ P ＜0．05）；2조환자치료전후비교，Scr화 BUN 무통계학차이（P＞0．05）。힐사탄연합갈근소능교호지강저조기2형당뇨병신병환자적UAER，경유효지보호신공능。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of valsartan combined with puerarin in the treatment of early stage of type 2 diabetic nephropathy and explore effect of valsartan combined with Puerarin in the treat-ment of early stage of type 2 diabetic nephropathy .Methods: According to criteria of albumin excretion rate (UAER) >300 mg/d,68 patients with early type 2 diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into 2 groups:observer group and control group,34 cases each group.valsartan capsule 80 mg/d were added to con-trol group on the basis of the regular hypoglycemic treatment .On the basis of the therapy of the control group , observer group was added with puerarin 400 mg/d for more than one month.UAER,erum creatinine ( Scr) and urea nitrogen ( BUN) ,and other indicators of the 2 groups were detected before and after the treatment . Results:UAER of patients in the 2 groups were significantly improved after treatment ( P<0 .05 ) ,and UAER of observation group after treatment were significantly declined (P<0.05).SCR and BUN in two groups be-fore and after treatment both showed no statistical difference ( P >0.05 ) .Conclusion:Valsartan combined with puerarin can reduce UAER in patients with early type 2 diabetic nephropathy , protect renal function more effectively .
