在焊接结构中,由于接头几何参数的影响,易在焊趾处形成应力集中现象,进而对结构疲劳寿命产生重要影响。为了研究几何参数对接头焊趾处应力集中系数的影响,以单侧搭接接头横向承载焊缝为研究对象,采用了有限元方法计算了焊趾处的应力集中系数,研究的主要几何参数包括盖板厚度、主板厚度、焊缝接触角以及焊趾过渡圆弧半径等。结果表明,在保持相关几何参数不变的情况下,通过增加盖板厚度、减小焊趾接触角以及增大过渡圆弧半径等措施,可显著降低焊趾处的应力集中系数。
在銲接結構中,由于接頭幾何參數的影響,易在銲趾處形成應力集中現象,進而對結構疲勞壽命產生重要影響。為瞭研究幾何參數對接頭銲趾處應力集中繫數的影響,以單側搭接接頭橫嚮承載銲縫為研究對象,採用瞭有限元方法計算瞭銲趾處的應力集中繫數,研究的主要幾何參數包括蓋闆厚度、主闆厚度、銲縫接觸角以及銲趾過渡圓弧半徑等。結果錶明,在保持相關幾何參數不變的情況下,通過增加蓋闆厚度、減小銲趾接觸角以及增大過渡圓弧半徑等措施,可顯著降低銲趾處的應力集中繫數。

In welded structures ,the stress concentration at the weld toe is prone to occur under the effect of geometrical parameters of the welded joint ,which has great influence on the fatigue life of the joint .In order to study the influence of the geometrical parameters on the stress concentration factor ,the transverse loading weld of the single overlap joint was studied .The finite element analysis was adopted to calculate the stress concentration factor at weld toe ,and the effects of some geometrical parameters such as thickness of the cover plate and the main plate ,the contact angle and the arc radius of the weld toe were studied .The results indicate that when the value of some parameters are kept certain ,the stress con-centration factor can be reduced evidently by increasing the thickness of the cover plate ,decreasing the contact angle and improving the arc radius of the weld toe .
