高性能混凝土在塑性阶段早期很容易发生开裂,适宜的早期养护措施是防止或减免高性能混凝土塑性开裂的重要途径。通过早期抗裂试验研究了减蒸剂对高性能混凝土塑性开裂的影响。结果表明:采用混凝土抹面后立即喷减蒸剂方法可以减小混凝土表面水分散失,将养护起始时间提前到混凝土塑性阶段的起点,弥补混凝土表面未及时覆盖造成快速失水的不足。但是,单独使用减蒸剂来抵抗混凝土塑性开裂的效果不明显,由于减蒸剂减缓水分蒸发的作用存在时效性,减蒸剂与覆盖塑膜养护(或涂刷养护剂)相结合才能更好的防止高性能混凝土塑性开裂。

High performance concrete cracking is likely to occur at the early plastic stage ,applications of appropriate ear-ly curing measures are important approaches of preventing or reducing the cracking .Here ,the impact of evaporation re-ducing agent on the plastic cracking of high performance concrete was studied through early crack resistance tests .The re-sults suggest that the application of evaporation reducing agent right after the coating of the concrete can reduce the sur-face moisture loss ,and advance the maintenance starting time to the starting point of the concrete plastic stage ,which will prevent the rapid water loss due to the exposure of concrete surface which isn’t covered in time .However ,the appli-cation of evaporation reducing agent alone has little impact on cracking control .Due to the timeliness of its effect on re-ducing the evaporation ,the combination of the agent and plastic film curing (or coating curing agent ) should be applied in order to better prevent the occurrence of the cracking .
