为研究部分充填式钢箱-混凝土组合梁在负弯矩作用下混凝土的开裂特征,进行了2根反向加载的简支梁的静载试验。试验结果表明:组合梁混凝土板中的裂缝分布特征与配筋率有关,混凝土在荷载较低时就发生开裂,且裂缝间距与横向钢筋间距有一定的关系;当配筋率较小时混凝土开裂导致其邻近的钢筋应变立刻增加且裂缝分布相对稀疏;随着荷载的逐渐增加,纵向钢筋开始屈服,裂缝迅速发展,裂缝宽度逐渐加宽,增长较快;此外,剪力钉间距、部分填充混凝土的密实度、栓钉数量及布置方式也是影响部分充填式钢箱-混凝土板裂缝宽度的重要因素。
為研究部分充填式鋼箱-混凝土組閤樑在負彎矩作用下混凝土的開裂特徵,進行瞭2根反嚮加載的簡支樑的靜載試驗。試驗結果錶明:組閤樑混凝土闆中的裂縫分佈特徵與配觔率有關,混凝土在荷載較低時就髮生開裂,且裂縫間距與橫嚮鋼觔間距有一定的關繫;噹配觔率較小時混凝土開裂導緻其鄰近的鋼觔應變立刻增加且裂縫分佈相對稀疏;隨著荷載的逐漸增加,縱嚮鋼觔開始屈服,裂縫迅速髮展,裂縫寬度逐漸加寬,增長較快;此外,剪力釘間距、部分填充混凝土的密實度、栓釘數量及佈置方式也是影響部分充填式鋼箱-混凝土闆裂縫寬度的重要因素。
위연구부분충전식강상-혼응토조합량재부만구작용하혼응토적개렬특정,진행료2근반향가재적간지량적정재시험。시험결과표명:조합량혼응토판중적렬봉분포특정여배근솔유관,혼응토재하재교저시취발생개렬,차렬봉간거여횡향강근간거유일정적관계;당배근솔교소시혼응토개렬도치기린근적강근응변립각증가차렬봉분포상대희소;수착하재적축점증가,종향강근개시굴복,렬봉신속발전,렬봉관도축점가관,증장교쾌;차외,전력정간거、부분전충혼응토적밀실도、전정수량급포치방식야시영향부분충전식강상-혼응토판렬봉관도적중요인소。
For the study of concrete cracking characteristics in the negative moment region of con-crete-partially-filled steel box composite beam, static load tests were conducted on two simply sup-ported steel-concrete composite beams under point loads. The results show that the crack distribution of concrete slab composite beam is related to the reinforcement ratio, the concrete slab cracks when the load level is low and the space among cracks have something to do with the transverse reinforce-ment space;that, for the composite girder with less reinforcement ratio, the strain of reinforcement increases immediately after concrete cracks, and the crack distribution is relatively sparse; that, with the increase of load level, the longitudinal reinforcement begins to yield, cracks develop rapid-ly, and crack width is gradually widened and grows rapidly. In addition, the spacing of shear stud, the compactness of concrete-partially-filled concrete, and the number of stud shear connectors as well as their arrangement is some important factors to the cracking width of concrete-partially-filled steel box composite slabs.
