因结盐结垢引起的天然气压缩机组系统的振动可以通过醋酸酸洗的方法来达到减振。采用科学的方法对压力管道系统的振动数据进行了测量。数据分析表明,弯头较多的管线振动强烈,尤其是接近激励处的管线部位振动更强烈。通过对管线系统的重新设计与简化,例如采用拉直管线、减少弯头、改变管线空间分布、消除共振、添加减振设备、增加支撑点或改变支撑性质等措施,有效地减轻了管线振动,避免了管线系统长期振动产生机械疲劳、造成法兰连接螺栓断裂、发生天然气泄漏等事故,极大地提高了气田生产安全性。

The vibration of natural gas compressors caused by salt coagulation and scaling can be relieved by acetic acid dipping. The vibration data of the pressure pipeline system was measured by a scientific method, and the analysis on which shows that the vibration occurs severely in the pipes with multiple elbows, especially in the piping near vibration source. The measures for redesigning and simplifying the piping system, such as straightening the pipelines, reducing the pipe elbows, changing the spatial distribution of pipelines, eliminating resonance, adding shock-absorption devices, adding piping supports and changing support properties, could effectively relieve the piping vibration and avoid the mechanical fatigue of pipeline caused by long-term vibration which usually leads to the fracture of flange connecting bolts and gas leak, thus greatly enhancing the safety in production of the gas field.
