以串联泵的联合运行为例,探讨了4种典型的串联泵控制方案,并基于 Simulink /SimHydraulics搭建实物模型进行仿真实验和对比分析,最终说明节流控制虽具有较佳的调控性能和安全性能,但耗能严重;变频控制虽然具有高效节能的优点,但存在调控速率慢和低流量时压头过低而影响后续流程的问题;而分程控制能够满足管路控制点所需压力和流量的要求,在保证调控性能和安全性能的同时节能效果显著,控制方案可行并具有较高的实用价值。
以串聯泵的聯閤運行為例,探討瞭4種典型的串聯泵控製方案,併基于 Simulink /SimHydraulics搭建實物模型進行倣真實驗和對比分析,最終說明節流控製雖具有較佳的調控性能和安全性能,但耗能嚴重;變頻控製雖然具有高效節能的優點,但存在調控速率慢和低流量時壓頭過低而影響後續流程的問題;而分程控製能夠滿足管路控製點所需壓力和流量的要求,在保證調控性能和安全性能的同時節能效果顯著,控製方案可行併具有較高的實用價值。

Taking the combined operation of centrifugal pumps in series as an example,the four special con-trol schemes for the pumps in series were discussed and the model for them was built based on Simulink /Sim-Hydraulics.The simulation result indicates the the throttle control asks for more energy consumption but it boasts better control performance and higher safety;and VFC’s (variable frequency control)advantages in the energy-efficiency and its shortcomings of slower regulation rate and lower pressure head which influencing the follow-up flow;and the split-ranging coordinated control can satisfy the pipeline control points’requirements for both flow rate and pressure.This control strategy has practicability and obvious energy-saving effect besides its remarkable regulation performance and safety.
