在天然气管网的改建中引入了不停输带气开孔工艺。为了保证开孔接管处的强度,应对开孔处进行开孔补强研究。应用有限元软件ANSYS对不同主管尺寸和不同开孔率下的带气开孔结构进行了应力分析,得到开孔处的应力分布情况。利用分析设计标准JB 4732—1995对带气开孔补强结构进行了强度评定。结果表明,随着主管尺寸和开孔率的增大,带气开孔结构最大应力增大。带气开孔补强结构满足分析设计标准JB 4732—1995的强度要求。

The opening technique without gas transportation interruption is introduced into the reconstruction of natural gas pipeline network. In order to guarantee the strength of the opening, the study on the opening reinforcement is necessary. By using the finite element software ANSYS, analyzes the stresses of the openings in the main in-service natural gas pipelines with different sizes and different opening rates, and obtains the stress distribution in the opening. According to the analysis and design specification JB 4732-1995, evaluates the strength of reinforcing structure of the opening in the in-service natural gas pipeline. The result shows that the maximum stress of the opening reinforcement increases with the increase of main pipe size and opening rate, and the reinforcing structure could meet the requirement of JB 4732-1995.
