介绍了某采用国内 DSO 技术的催化汽油加氢脱硫装置的安全联锁特点。在吸收借鉴 Prime G技术的基础上,结合本装置中一段加氢与二段加氢流程没有交叉、一段加氢可自循环的流程特点及降低投资等因素,在加热炉、压缩机及机泵等设备中,沿用了国内常规的安全联锁设置;在预加氢反应器和加氢脱硫反应器的保护方面,在不降低安全等级的前提下减少了联锁的动作;在预加氢系统和加氢脱硫系统的紧急泄压方面与 Prime G 技术相同。

The SIS (safety interlocking system)characteristics for FCC gasoline hydro-desulfurization unit which adopting domestic DSO technology was introduced.Basing on employing Prime G technology and the facts that no cross can be found between the first-stage and the second-stage hydrogenation and the first-stage hydrogenation system can implement the self-circulation together with a reduced investment,and the furnace, compressor and pump protection employs the home-made safety interlocking system respectively;and in pre-hydrogenation reactor protection and hydro-desulfurization reactor protection,the interlock action can be re-duced on the premise to keep proper safety level;and in pre-hydrogenation system and hydro-desulfurization system’s emergency relief,they are the same with Prime G technology.
