目的：了解当前肺母细胞瘤的研究状况，为深入开展该病的研究提供参考信息。方法下载Pubmed数据库中至今发表的有关肺母细胞瘤研究文献的主题词，统计主题词出现的频次，截取频次超过15次的主题词作为高频主题词。统计高频主题词在同一篇文献中出现的频率，形成主题词共现矩阵，应用SPSS统计软件对矩阵做聚类分析，得到该主题研究热点。结果筛选出有关肺母细胞瘤文献206篇，出现频次超过15次的主题词29个，通过对这29个高频主题词聚类得到4个研究热点。结论目前国外对肺母细胞瘤的研究热点主要集中在病理、手术、诊断、基因等方面。
목적：료해당전폐모세포류적연구상황，위심입개전해병적연구제공삼고신식。방법하재Pubmed수거고중지금발표적유관폐모세포류연구문헌적주제사，통계주제사출현적빈차，절취빈차초과15차적주제사작위고빈주제사。통계고빈주제사재동일편문헌중출현적빈솔，형성주제사공현구진，응용SPSS통계연건대구진주취류분석，득도해주제연구열점。결과사선출유관폐모세포류문헌206편，출현빈차초과15차적주제사29개，통과대저29개고빈주제사취류득도4개연구열점。결론목전국외대폐모세포류적연구열점주요집중재병리、수술、진단、기인등방면。
Objective To study the current research status of literature on pulmonary blastoma,and provide reference in-formation.Methods Keyword of research literature on pulmonary blastoma published so far in the pubmed were downloaded,fre-quency of keyword was studied,keyword with interception of time greater than 15 times was a high frequency keywords.Frequency of the keywords in the same article were analyzed,keywords co-occurrence matrix were formed and analyzed by SPSS statistical software for clustering analysis,the theme research topic was obtained.Results 206 pulmonary blastoma documents were filtered out,29 keywords occurred more than 15 times,4 research topics were obtained through 29 high frequency keywords.Conclusion Current area of research in pulmonary blastoma from abroad are mainly concentrated in pathology,surgery,diagnosis and gene.
