目的：探讨右美托咪定对肺癌手术患者微循环的影响。方法选择肺癌手术患者60例，ASA分级Ⅰ级或Ⅱ级，随机分为对照组和研究组。对照组静脉注射生理盐水，研究组静脉注射右美托咪定1μg／kg（20 ml）。记录手术前后，患者心血管事件的发生情况。结果研究组中患者高血压发生率明显低于对照组。结论右美托咪定可有效地改善肺癌手术患者的微循环。

목적：탐토우미탁미정대폐암수술환자미순배적영향。방법선택폐암수술환자60례，ASA분급Ⅰ급혹Ⅱ급，수궤분위대조조화연구조。대조조정맥주사생리염수，연구조정맥주사우미탁미정1μg／kg（20 ml）。기록수술전후，환자심혈관사건적발생정황。결과연구조중환자고혈압발생솔명현저우대조조。결론우미탁미정가유효지개선폐암수술환자적미순배。
Objective To investigate the effects of dexmedetomidine on microcirculation of lung cancer patients treated with operation.Methods 60 ASAⅠorⅡlung cancer patients were randomly divided into the control group and the study group. The control group was injected with normal saline,the study group was injected with intravenous dexmedetomidine (20 ml)1μg/kg.The development of cardiovascular event was recorded before and after operation.Results The hypertension in the study group were significantly lower than of the control group.Conclusion Dexmedetomidine can effectively improve the microcircula-tion of lung cancer patients treated with operation.
