目的：探讨化疗对肺癌患者凝血功能的影响及其临床意义。方法检测40例肺癌住院化疗患者（病例组）及同期体检健康人群40例（健康组）的凝血功能相关指标：凝血酶原时间（ PT）、纤维蛋白原（ FIB）、部分活化凝血酶原时间（APTT）、血小板计数（PLT）、血小板压积（PCT）、平均血小板体积（MPV）、血小板分布宽度（PDW）。结果肺癌患者（病例组）化疗前PT、FIB、APTT、PLT、PCT、MPV、PDW值均显著大于健康组（ P＜0．05）。不同临床分期、病理类型肺癌患者的PT、FIB、APTT、PLT、PCT、MPV、PDW值比较差异均不显著（ P＞0．05）。40例肺癌患者化疗前与化疗后PT、FIB、APTT、PLT、PCT、值比较差异显著（P＜0．05），化疗后较化疗前均有所改善，MPV、PDW值在化疗前后差异不显著（P＞0．05）。结论晚期肺癌患者存在凝血功能异常，与肿瘤临床分期、病理类型无明显相关性；通过化疗可逐步改善患者的凝血功能。
목적：탐토화료대폐암환자응혈공능적영향급기림상의의。방법검측40례폐암주원화료환자（병례조）급동기체검건강인군40례（건강조）적응혈공능상관지표：응혈매원시간（ PT）、섬유단백원（ FIB）、부분활화응혈매원시간（APTT）、혈소판계수（PLT）、혈소판압적（PCT）、평균혈소판체적（MPV）、혈소판분포관도（PDW）。결과폐암환자（병례조）화료전PT、FIB、APTT、PLT、PCT、MPV、PDW치균현저대우건강조（ P＜0．05）。불동림상분기、병리류형폐암환자적PT、FIB、APTT、PLT、PCT、MPV、PDW치비교차이균불현저（ P＞0．05）。40례폐암환자화료전여화료후PT、FIB、APTT、PLT、PCT、치비교차이현저（P＜0．05），화료후교화료전균유소개선，MPV、PDW치재화료전후차이불현저（P＞0．05）。결론만기폐암환자존재응혈공능이상，여종류림상분기、병리류형무명현상관성；통과화료가축보개선환자적응혈공능。
Objective To investigate the effect of chemotherapy on coagulation function of patients with lung cancer and its clinical significance.Methods Related indexes of coagulation function of 40 lung cancer patients hospitalized for chemothera-py ( case group) and 40 cases of patients underwent health examination during the same period ( control group) were detected. The indexes included prothrombin time (PT),fibrinogen (FIB),activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT),platelet count (PLT),platelet hematocrit (PCT),mean plateletvolume (MPV),and platelet distribution width (PDW).Results PT,FIB, APTT,PLT,PCT,MPV,PDW values of lung cancer patients ( case group) before chemotherapy were significantly higher than those of the healthy group(P<0.05).PT,FIB,APTT,PLT,PCT,MPV,PDW values in different stages of lung cancer and patho-logical types had no significant difference (P>0.05).PT,FIB,APTT,PLT,PCT values in 40 cases of lung cancer patients im-proved after chemotherapy,there had significant differences (P<0.05),MPV,PDW values had no significant difference (P>0.05) before and after chemotherapy.Conclusion Advanced lung cancer patients has abnormal coagulation function,and it has no significant relation with clinical stage and pathological type little;blood coagulation function could be gradually improved by chemotherapy.
