随着社会经济的不断发展，无线电技术不断推陈出新，频谱需求增长与频率资源有限之间的矛盾日益突出。本文通过梳理英国、丹麦、芬兰等欧洲国家的无线电频率资源收费政策现状，提出了可供我国参考的无线电频率资源收费管理相关政策建议。

With the continuous development of economic society, the radio technology constantly develops. The contradiction between the growth in demand of spectrum and the limited frequency resource is increasingly prominent. In this article, we discuss on the radio frequency resources charge policy of Britain, Denmark, Finland and other European counties, then put forward the reference suggestions to our country's radio frequency resources fee management policy.
