传统方法对于各种环境影响，特别是各种环境因素组合在一起时的船舶操纵安全性、合理性很难作出评价，使得从船舶运动角度对港口、航道进行优化设计受到限制。以天津 LNG 项目航道设计方案比选为背景，利用全任务大型船舶操纵模拟器对航道航行水域进行模拟试验，研究不同风力风向、流向流速等环境下各方案对船舶操纵安全的影响，分析各方案的合理性并根据试验结果确定推荐方案。

It is hard to use traditional methods to make evaluation on the safety and rationality of ship maneuvering under the influence of different environmental conditions,especially when various factors are mixed together. This poses a limit for the optimization design of both harbors and their waterways from the perspective of ship movement. In order to compare and evaluate two waterway design schemes of Tianjin LNG project,a Full-Mission Bridge Simulator was applied to water-way simulation tests under different sea conditions to study the influence of wind and current on ship maneuvering safety and analyze the rationality of different schemes. In the end,a recommended scheme was obtained.
