本文在原有螺旋试样法测定合金流动性的基础上,改变充型试样形状,使之接近板栅铸型,在测定合金流动性充型时,既能反映合金液体的纵向流动特性也能反映其横向流动特性。在不同的模具保温温度及浇铸温度下,浇铸长度存在明显的差别。当与实际生产温度相符时,实际浇铸试样与模拟浇铸结果只有0.5%的偏差。因此,此套最终改进的“U 型”模具可以用于铅钙合金板栅流动性的测定。

Based on the original spiral sampling method testing method for alloy lfuidity, we changed the iflling shape of specimen to make it close to the grid casting mould in the testing of the lfuidity of the alloy casting and mold iflling, as a result, it can relfect the lfuidity both of the longitudinal and lateral lfow of alloy liquid. Signiifcant differences exist in casting length at different mold temperature and pouring temperature. When the temperature is in line with that in the actual production, the deviation between the actual casting specimens and the simulated casting result is only 0.5 %. Therefore, the ifnal improved"U"model can be used for testing the lfuidity of lead calcium alloy grids.
