研究了等离子体引发丙烯酸接枝改性技术处理聚酯丝网表面来提高其亲水性的方法,并对处理时所涉及的参数(丙烯酸接枝反应功率、反应时间及反应压强)进行了探讨。结果表明,等离子体引发丙烯酸接枝改性技术显著提高了聚酯丝网的亲水性。此外,采用红外光谱、XPS、扫描电镜对处理样品表面进行了表征分析。

The surface of PET silk screen was treated by low temperature plasma to improve the hydro?philicity. The parameters of treatment were studied including different reaction power, reaction time and reac?tion pressure. The results showed that the hydrophilicity of PET silk screen after grafting could be improved significantly. In addition, infrared spectroscopy, X- ray photoelectron spectroscopy and scanning electron micro?scope were used to characterize the surface properties of the modified samples.
