针对传统棉织物冷轧堆前处理中存在的碱和双氧水用量大、生产周期长、效率低的问题,研究了尿素在棉织物冷轧堆前处理中的应用.通过单因素及正交试验确定最佳工艺:H2O250 g/L,NaOH 45 g/L,尿素6 g/L,堆置时间11 h.该工艺条件下,织物白度80.2,强力806 N,毛效12.7 cm/30 min.

Aiming at the problems of large amount of alkali and hydrogen peroxide, long production cycle and low efficiency of traditional cold pad- batch pretreatment of cotton fabric, the application of urea in cold pad- batch pretreatment of cotton fabric was investigated. Through the single factor and orthogonal experi?ments, the optimum process was determined: H2O2 50 g/L, NaOH 45 g/L, urea 6 g/L, batching time 11 h. Un?der those conditions, the whiteness of treated fabric was 80.2, the strength was 806 N, and the capil ary ef?fect was 12.7 cm/30 min.
