糖原合成酶激酶-3(GSK-3)是一种丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶,有两种亚型,即GSK-3α和GSK-3β。GSK-3的活性受磷酸化和非磷酸化机制调节,可以磷酸化多种蛋白质,参与细胞分化、凋亡等多种生理过程的调节。GSK-3与脑缺血、阿尔茨海默病及其他神经精神疾病的发生都有关。
糖原閤成酶激酶-3(GSK-3)是一種絲氨痠/囌氨痠蛋白激酶,有兩種亞型,即GSK-3α和GSK-3β。GSK-3的活性受燐痠化和非燐痠化機製調節,可以燐痠化多種蛋白質,參與細胞分化、凋亡等多種生理過程的調節。GSK-3與腦缺血、阿爾茨海默病及其他神經精神疾病的髮生都有關。

Glycogen synthase kinase-3 (GSK-3) is a serine/threonine kinase, with two distinct forms termed GSK-3αand GSK-3β. Its activation is regulated by both phosphorylation and nonphosphorylation mechanisms. GSK-3 is implicated in the regulation of many physiological responses in mammalian cells by phosphorylating substrates. GSK-3 has been found involved in various neurologic diseases such as cerebral ischemia, Alzheimer’s disease.
