渗透压仪在医药研究、食品安全等领域应用十分广泛。针对传统的渗透压检测方法存在测量精度低、可靠性差、结构复杂、系统成本高等缺点,提出了一种基于拉乌尔冰点理论的新型渗透压测试仪器,重点介绍了该仪器的原理、实现方案及功能特点,阐述了仪器自主研制对机电一体化教学的作用及意义。

Osmotic pressure meter is widely used in medical research, food security and other ifelds. The traditional osmotic pressure detection methods have disadvantages of low precision, poor reliability, complex structure, and high cost. In the paper, a novel osmotic pressure test instrument based on Raoul theory is proposed. The principle, the realization scheme and functional characteristics of the system are also introduced in the paper. Finally, we discuss the effect and signiifcance of instrument developed on electromechanical integration teaching.
