目的:探讨应用3DBody解剖软件辅助教学在提高泌尿外科临床见习医生对解剖理解和兴趣中的作用。方法:泌尿外科见习医生共30人,按解剖课成绩进行排序并编制序号,单数为实验组,双数为对照组,在泌尿外科见习期间,实验组采用3DBody解剖软件辅助的教学方法,对照组采用普通的局部解剖教材进行教学,完成教学后,应用考题和手术录像对解剖结构的辨识来评估教学效果,应用问卷调查来评价见习医生对该教学方法的主观感受。结果:实验组见习医生考题回答的准确率明显高于对照组;实验组医生手术录像中对解剖结构的辨识准确度明显高于对照组;实验组医生对泌尿外科解剖的兴趣明显高于对照组。结论:3DBody解剖软件可以明显提高见习生的学习积极性和兴趣,从而明显提高泌尿外科局部解剖的学习效果,值得提倡和推广。

목적:탐토응용3DBody해부연건보조교학재제고비뇨외과림상견습의생대해부리해화흥취중적작용。방법:비뇨외과견습의생공30인,안해부과성적진행배서병편제서호,단수위실험조,쌍수위대조조,재비뇨외과견습기간,실험조채용3DBody해부연건보조적교학방법,대조조채용보통적국부해부교재진행교학,완성교학후,응용고제화수술록상대해부결구적변식래평고교학효과,응용문권조사래평개견습의생대해교학방법적주관감수。결과:실험조견습의생고제회답적준학솔명현고우대조조;실험조의생수술록상중대해부결구적변식준학도명현고우대조조;실험조의생대비뇨외과해부적흥취명현고우대조조。결론:3DBody해부연건가이명현제고견습생적학습적겁성화흥취,종이명현제고비뇨외과국부해부적학습효과,치득제창화추엄。
To evaluate the role of 3DBody anatomical anatomy software in improving the understanding of urological anatomical concepts and inspiring the interest. Methods:A total of 30 trainees of Urology were involved in this study. All these 30 trainees were divided into two groups according to the or even of their previous Anatomy Lesson scores’standings. Odd ones were included into the experimental group,and even ones were included into the control group. During the probation in Urology,experimental group were taught with 3DBody anatomy soft-ware- assisted teaching methods,and the control group with the conventional teaching method.In order to assess teaching effectiveness,we used written and surgical videos examination on the identification of anatomical structures. And we also applied questionnaires to evaluate the teaching methods of trainee doctors’subjective feelings.Results:The trainee doctors in experimental group had significantly higher accuracy in identifying the anatomical structures during the written examination;and doctors in experimental group also had significantly higher accuracy in identify-ing the anatomical structures in the surgical videos;and doctors in experimental group are more interested in urolog-ical anatomy than doctors in control group.Conclusion:3DBody anatomy software can significantly improve the trainees' learning motivation and interest,thereby significantly improve learning outcomes of urology local anatomy, and it should be promoted.
