选择体况良好并安装永久性瘤胃瘘管的内蒙古绒山羊和蒙古羊各4只,采用2×2析因法试验设计,比较了不同日粮条件下,2种羊钙、磷和氮代谢的差异。结果表明,羊草颗粒料日粮条件下,2种羊钙、磷和氮的代谢率均高于玉米秸颗粒料日粮条件下的代谢率。日粮营养水平高时,蒙古羊钙、磷和氮的代谢率均高于内蒙古绒山羊;日粮营养水平低时,蒙古羊钙和氮的代谢率均低于内蒙古绒山羊,而磷的代谢率高于内蒙古绒山羊。
選擇體況良好併安裝永久性瘤胃瘺管的內矇古絨山羊和矇古羊各4隻,採用2×2析因法試驗設計,比較瞭不同日糧條件下,2種羊鈣、燐和氮代謝的差異。結果錶明,羊草顆粒料日糧條件下,2種羊鈣、燐和氮的代謝率均高于玉米秸顆粒料日糧條件下的代謝率。日糧營養水平高時,矇古羊鈣、燐和氮的代謝率均高于內矇古絨山羊;日糧營養水平低時,矇古羊鈣和氮的代謝率均低于內矇古絨山羊,而燐的代謝率高于內矇古絨山羊。

A total of 8 Mongolian sheep (n=4) and Neimonggol cashmere goat (n=4) with perpetual rumen fistula were chosen to investigate the differences of their calcium,phosphorus and nitrogen metabolism in different diets by 2×2 factorial experimental design. The results showed that the metabolic rate of calcium,phosphorus and nitrogen were higher when the Mongolian sheep and Neimonggol cashmere goat were fed with hey than those when they were fed with corn straw pellet. The metabolic rate of calcium , phosphorus and nitrogen of Mongolian sheep were higher than those of Neimonggol cashmere goat under high level diet nutrition. While the metabolic rate of calcium and nitrogen of Mongolian sheep were lower than those of Neimonggol cashmere goat under low level diet nutrition, the metabolic rate of phosphorus was higer .
