农业科技成果产业化需要一个信息传播的过程。文章从信息传播的角度分析了传播形式、信息载体、信息供体与受体的行为动力差异、可信度有效性与生命周期、不对称性和梯度转移效用递减等因素对农业科技成果转化的影响。提出了建立公正、客观和开放的科技信息管理体系，建立和完善第三方转化推广平台，建立和完善投融资体系，建立保险或风险补偿机制，以及加强主渠道建设等促进农业科技成果转化的对策建议。

The industrialization of agricultural science and technology achievements needs a process of information dissemination. Factors influencing the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements were analyzed from the angle of information dissemination, which were transmission forms, information carrier, the differences of behavior dynamics between information donor and receptor, the availability of confidence level and lifecycle, asymmetry and diminishing gradient transfer utility. Five countermeasures for promoting the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements were suggested in the paper, which were establishing a impartial and open science and technology information management system, establishing a third party promotional platform, establishing a investment financing system, establishing a insurance or risk compensation mechanism and strengthening the construction of the main channel.
