我国高校合作办学是改革开放以来在教育领域出现的新生事物。作为一种对外交流和合作的重要形式，中外合作办学已经成为我国教育国际化的一种重要组成部分。教师的跨文化意识以及跨文化交际能力对我国高校中外合作办学的质量以及持续发展产生不可估量的影响。本文从跨文化交际学的角度，试论高校中外合作办学项目教师跨文化交际能力的培养模式，旨在提高我国高校合作办学的质量，为中外合作办学的可持续发展奠定坚实的基础。

Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools has emerged in the field of education. As an important form of foreign exchange and cooperation, Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools has become an important part of China’s education internationalization. Teachers' cross-cultural awareness and intercultural communicative competence have an immeasurable impact on the quality and on the sustainable development of jointly-run sino-foreign schools. From the perspective of cross-cultural communication, this essay tries to talk about the training mode for improving teachers’intercultural communication competence during the Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools with a view to elevating the quality and laying a solid foundation for the sustainable development of jointly-run sino-foreign schools.
