国内铁路运输飞速发展,高速动车组的运行速度进一步提升。由于运行速度的提升,高速动车组走行部分和齿轮箱的发热增多,容易导致热切轴。针对高速动车组在运行中产生热切轴现象,结合以往轴温监测系统的总体构成、原理和运行中发生的故障情况,深入分析系统的故障原因,采用NuMicro Nuc140作为主控芯片设计了基于车载以太网的新型轴温监测系统。经试验表明,该系统能够实时、精确监测高速运行动车组的轴温状态,对保证高速动车组的安全运行起到非常重要的作用。

Domestic railway transportation is developing rapidly , and the running speed of high-speed EMUs improved further . Because of the improved speed , the running gear and gearbox of high-speed EMUs produce more heat ,causing hot axle easily .In allusion to hot axle phenomenon of high-speed EMUs during operation , in combination with the former failure condition of axle tem -perature monitoring system in terms of total composition , principle and failure condition ,the causes of system failure were analyzed deeply and NuMicro Nuc140 was adopted as the master control chip to design a new type of axle temperature monitoring system based on-board Ethernet.The results show that the system could monitor the axle temperature condition of high -speed operating E-MUs in real-time and accurately , and it plays an important role in ensuring the safe operation of High -speed EMUs .
