针对倾角仪小型化、数字化与高精度的要求,文中设计了以加速度传感器SCA103T和AVR单片机ATmega8A为核心的数字倾角仪,并阐述了其软硬件实现。硬件设计着重考虑了其数字接口以及抗干扰能力;软件设计主要说明了ATmega8A与上位机间串行通信、与SCA103T间SPI通信及数字滤波方法的实现。最后进行了非线性误差标定与补偿,并对温度补偿进行了说明。实验结果表明,该倾角仪精度可达0.02°,输出频率可达30 Hz,通信稳定,测量重复性高,满足实际需求。

Aiming at miniaturization , digitization and high precision of the inclinometer , this paper presented a digital incli-nometer based on the accelerometer SCA 103T and the AVR microcontroller ATmega 8A.The hardware design focused on digital in-terface and anti-interference capacity .The software design illustrated serial communication between ATmega 8A and the host com-puter,communication between ATmega8A and SCA103T through Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) and the digital filtering ap-proach .Then the non-linear measurement error was calibrated and compensated .The temperature compensation was explained as well.Experiment results show that this inclinometer ’ s precision is 0.02 °and its output frequency can reach 30 Hz with stable communication and high measurement repeatability ,this meeting the practical demunds .
