文中设计了一种基于AD7760的高速数据采集系统,利用AD7760解决了在故障诊断领域如何快速精确采集高频小信号的问题,并对该系统的硬件组成和电路设计的技术问题进行了阐述,给出了系统的软件流程图、关键部分程序代码和软件设计中的要点。将基于AD7760的高速数据采集系统应用在滚动轴承故障实验平台中,能够高速并且精准地对高频小信号进行采集,特别适用于微小信号处理等故障诊断领域。

A high speed data acquisition system based on AD 7760 was designed in the paper .AD7760 was used to quickly and accurately solve the problems of acquiring high-frequency small signal in the fault diagnosis field .The technical problems of hard-ware components and circuit design were introduced ,and the software flow chat ,the program codes and the main points of the soft-ware design were presented .The system was used in the experimental platform for rolling bearing fault ,and it can quickly and accu-rately acquire high frequency small signal and can be especially suitable for the field of fault diagnosis of small signal processing .
