高等职业教育内涵建设要紧密结合经济转型升级，高职院校服务地方经济转型升级同时需要自身转型升级，高职院校自身转型升级具体可从提升服务经济转型升级的四种能力着手，即服务地方产业结构调整的能力，服务地方发展实体经济的能力，服务地方产业优化升级的能力，服务地方经济发展的能力。

The strengthening of connotation construction of higher vocational education has to be closely integrated with economic transformation and upgrading. It is necessary for higher vocational education institutions to realize their own transformation and upgrading if they mean to provide effective services for local economic transformation and upgrading. In terms of realization of their own transformation and upgrading, higher vocational education institutions may, in substance, start with the enhancement of the four capacities in providing services for economic transformation and upgrading.
