培育新型农民是实现农业和农村现代化的重要基础，农村职业教育是培养新型农民的重要途径，利用现代远程教育开展农村职业教育具有重要意义。以教育部“一村一名大学生计划”为例分析发现，利用现代远程教育手段开展农村高等职业教育在专业设置、资源建设、教学模式、支持服务等方面积累了一些经验，但在学习项目的适应性和可持续性方面存在一些问题，未来要进一步加强资源建设，完善相关服务；促进内涵发展，提升办学实力；发挥系统优势，推进项目发展。

Cultivating new professional farmers is important foundation for agricultural modernization,and developing the rural vocational education is an important way to cultivate new professional farmers,which could be developed through the modern distance education. Analysis taking the“every village having one college student plan”as the case shows that there are some experiences in major design, curriculum construction, teaching mode,support and service in carrying out rural vocational education by modern distance education,but it also faced some difficulties and problems in the adaptability and sustainability of the plan. In the future, the plan should further strengthen resources construction and optimize services; promote connotation development and enhance the school-running capability, etc.
