目的：探讨糖尿病视网膜病变首诊社区管理模式的临床意义。方法连续收集82例糖尿病视网膜病变患者，随机分为干预组和对照组，干预组在常规治疗基础上采用首诊社区管理模式，而对照组采用首诊常规治疗。随后比较两组患者的血糖控制和视力情况。结果治疗12个月后，干预组的血糖及视力指标均优于对照组，差异比较有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论对于糖尿病视网膜病变患者在常规治疗基础上，再结合有效的社区管理模式，可明显改善血糖控制、延缓视力下降，取得较为理想的防治效果，值得推广。

Objective To explore clinical benefit of community first diagnosis management mode for dia-betic retinopathy. Methods 82 consecutive patients with diabetic retinopathy were collected, and were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. The intervention group was used the first treatment in the community management model on the basis of conventional therapy, while the control group with conventional treatment of first diagnosis. Then blood glucose control and visual acuity of pa-tients of two groups were compared. Results After 12 months of treatment, the intervention group blood sugar and visual indicators were better than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion Conventional therapy in patients with diabetic retinopathy combined with the mode of community management effectively, can significantly improve glycemic controlling, delay decrease of visual acuity, obtain ideal control effect, and be worthy of promotion.
