目的：探究N末端B型利钠肽前体的测定在老年心力衰竭患者的诊断及预后中的应用价值。方法选取我院住院部收治的老年心力衰竭患者与健康老年人进行对比研究，分析比较两组人员的N末端B型利钠肽前体水平。结果两组患者在血浆中的N末端B型利钠肽前体水平、左心室射血分数及左室舒末内径的比较上，P均＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论 N末端B型利钠肽前体对老年心力衰竭患者的诊断和预后具有重要意义。
목적：탐구N말단B형리납태전체적측정재노년심력쇠갈환자적진단급예후중적응용개치。방법선취아원주원부수치적노년심력쇠갈환자여건강노년인진행대비연구，분석비교량조인원적N말단B형리납태전체수평。결과량조환자재혈장중적N말단B형리납태전체수평、좌심실사혈분수급좌실서말내경적비교상，P균＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론 N말단B형리납태전체대노년심력쇠갈환자적진단화예후구유중요의의。
Objective To explore the application value of N terminal B type natriuretic peptide precur-sor in the diagnosis and prognosis of older patients with heart failure. Methods Senile heart failure pa-tients of patient department in our hospital were selected as healthy subjects, N terminal level of B type natriuretic peptide precursor of two groups were compared. Results N terminal of plasma B type natri-uretic peptide precursor levels and left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular inner diameter at the end were compared, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The diagno-sis and prognosis of N terminal B type natriuretic peptide precursor of elderly patients with heart failure is of great significance.
