目的：探讨经阴道超声诊断子宫内膜病变的临床价值。方法选取我院2013年4月~2014年4月收治的经病理证实的70例子宫内膜病变患者作为研究对象，回顾性分析该组患者同时行经腹超声检查和经阴道超声检查资料，将两种检查结果分别与诊断性刮宫的病理结果相对照，计算两种方法的诊断符合率，并对比分析。结果以病理诊断结果为金标准，经腹超声检查诊断符合48例，诊断符合率68.57%（48/70）；经阴道超声检查诊断符合62例，诊断符合率88.57%（62/70）。两种方法对比分析，经阴道超声检查诊断符合率显著高于经腹超声检查诊断符合率，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论经阴道超声检查能更快速、直观地判断子宫内膜病变，具有较高的诊断符合率，是发现子宫内膜病变的一种简便、无创的重要诊断方法。
목적：탐토경음도초성진단자궁내막병변적림상개치。방법선취아원2013년4월~2014년4월수치적경병리증실적70례자궁내막병변환자작위연구대상，회고성분석해조환자동시행경복초성검사화경음도초성검사자료，장량충검사결과분별여진단성괄궁적병리결과상대조，계산량충방법적진단부합솔，병대비분석。결과이병리진단결과위금표준，경복초성검사진단부합48례，진단부합솔68.57%（48/70）；경음도초성검사진단부합62례，진단부합솔88.57%（62/70）。량충방법대비분석，경음도초성검사진단부합솔현저고우경복초성검사진단부합솔，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론경음도초성검사능경쾌속、직관지판단자궁내막병변，구유교고적진단부합솔，시발현자궁내막병변적일충간편、무창적중요진단방법。
Objective To explore the clinical value of transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of en-dometrial lesions. Methods In our hospital from April 2013 to April 2014, 70 patients with endometri-al lesions confirmed by pathologically were as research objects. The data of patients underwent trans abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound was retrospectively analyzed. Two kinds of examina-tion results of pathology and diagnostic curettage results were contrasted. Diagnostic accordance rate of two kinds of methods were calculated and comparative analyzed. Results The results were compared with pathological diagnosis, transabdominal ultrasonography were diagnosed in 48 cases,and the diag-nostic accordance rate was 68.57%(48/70); 62 cases were in accordance with transvaginal ultrasound. The diagnostic accordance rate was 88.57%(62/70). Compared with the two methods, transvaginal ultra-sound diagnosis coincidence rate was significantly higher than that in the diagnosis of abdominal ultra-sonography accordance rate;The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Transvagi-nal ultrasound examination can be a method with more rapid, intuitive judgment of endometrial lesions, high rate of diagnostic accordance. It is a simple, noninvasive diagnosis methods of endometrial lesions.
